Refund policy

At Sparsh of India, every piece is carefully selected and packed with love. As our products are handcrafted and often made in limited quantities, we follow a simple return and exchange policy.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with tags intact.

Any product received damaged or incorrect should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs Whatsapp on +91-7676996293

Customised, personalised, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once approved, exchanges or refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
